Refurbished compressors and air dryers are pre-owned industrial equipment that have been carefully inspected, repaired, and restored to like-new condition. These units are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet industry standards and are ready for reliable and efficient operation.

Our refurbishment process involves several steps to ensure the equipment's reliability and performance. This includes a thorough inspection to identify any worn or damaged components. We then replace these parts with genuine manufacturer parts, perform repairs as needed, and conduct a series of tests to ensure optimal functionality and safety. The units are cleaned, painted, and restored to a like-new appearance before being made available for sale.

Element Exchange

Every Oil Free Unit (ZR/ZT) is equipped wit h new elements to guarantee total reliability and a fresh start for your unit. GA elements (OIS) are overhauled in our own ERC.

Motor Revision

All main drive motors are refurbished through a certified 3rd party. Motorbearings are replaced, motor is regreased, windings are inspected and properly cleaned, resistance measurements are done. Finally the motor is placed on a testbed for a testrun. Optionally we offer a motor upgrade through te CTS motor x-change program.

Coolers

Coolers are always dismantled and inspected. 
For water cooled units, cooler bundles are always fully disassembled and cleaned in the best suitable way (high presure washing, acid cleaining,…). Reassembly is done using new seals. After each refurbishment coolers are pressure tested by TUV.

Aircoolers are cleaned and inspected, and checked for leaks by means of a pressure test.

VSD Drive

The frequency convertor is a critical component of every VSD unit. To ensure maximum reliability, we aim to upgrade every drive to the latest standard. This can be done through the CTS X-change program.

Ofcourse when available NEOS is the first choice, but upgrades to the standard brands is always the second option.

Full unit refresh

On top of all the above every unit is always serviced according to CTS instructions, using original spare parts. air- and oil filter's), oil seperator, any flexibles showing sign of aging or to much wear and tear are replaced. We fully overhaul all valves and water drains to make sure normal service intervals an be met.

Canopy

We take pride in our work, so we also make sure that the end result looks like new. At the start off the project, the unit is stripped down to the bare frame. The complete canopy is inspected for damages. Depending on the condition, we even sandblast and repaint everything again in a professional paint shop.

Fully Tested

All units will go to our test area after refurbishment. Units will undergo vibration test, power logging, extended functional test, thermal imaging,… 
We believe that with all the work done, the unit is as good as new.

Yes, our rigorous refurbishment process is designed to bring the equipment's performance as close to new as possible. We use genuine parts and follow industry best practices during repairs and testing to ensure reliability and efficiency. Each refurbished unit undergoes extensive testing to meet or exceed industry standards before being offered for sale. 

All Units, direct available and to refurbish, come with 2 year warranty on motor + elements and 1 year warranty on all parts.
